SB Consulting classes are appropriate for men and women who have a tendency toward experiencing road rage, anger at work, conflicts at home, or difficulty calming down.
Participants include people who internalize anger as well as those who act it out verbally or behaviorally toward friends, family, or work colleagues or in personal relationships. These classes are also appropriate for anyone who is interested in learning how to deal with someone else who is angry.
